Artists use a 7”x 14” border template when creating the artwork.
That is your choice. All artwork is saved as a .jpeg digital file and emailed to you upon completion. We also offer the option to print in our studio and mail to the address you provide. We use 80 lb. cover stock paper and print a 7” x 14” size. Prints are an additional $10 and include shipping.
Our normal turnaround time (excluding holidays) is a MAXIMUM of 2-3 weeks from the time your order is received. Once orders are completed, the final artwork is sent to you via email as a jpeg digital file. If you also order a print, it will be sent via USPS first class mail at the same time. Our office is in Orlando, Florida. Mail time will vary depending on where the artwork is going. Turnaround time during the winter holiday season is always 3 weeks if you do not choose the rush option.
If you would like your artwork quickly, you can choose our “rush” option to guarantee your finished artwork emailed to you within 7 business days from the time we receive your order. The rush fee is an additional $20. Rush fees are for the artist’s time only, not for postage or mailing of the 7 x 14 print. Paper prints are still sent via USPS first class mail. There are no guarantees from the US Postal Service.
Yes, we offer Priority Mail and Fed-Ex shipping options. Priority Mail is an additional $8 and is guaranteed to arrive to you within 2-3 days. For an additional $35, US orders can be sent to you via standard Fed-Ex. This is the fastest guaranteed way to get your artwork on time. Fed-Ex will guarantee delivery of your order within 2 days. Holiday times may vary. Call our office for a quote based on your zip code. You can also provide us with your Fed-Ex shipping number if you have one.
We do not offer International shipping. If you are outside of the United States and in need of paper prints, we recommend to take the digital image emailed to you to a local printer.
No. The prices listed on our website are for personal use only. Any artwork that is going to be used commercially (i.e., website, logos, billboards, business cards, etc.) requires copyright permission from the artist. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact Darla at DarlaATG@gmail.com. Include a description of the artwork needed, deadline requirements, and what you would like to use the artwork for (so we know what usage rights you will need). She will provide you with a quote based on your project details
No. When you purchase a Name Works piece, you are not purchasing the copyright of that image. The copyright of the artwork still belongs to the artist. Using the artwork for anything other than personal use is a copyright violation (personal use is hanging it on a wall in your home).
Once your order is placed, you have 48 hours to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled after that period of time.
No. We do not consider wedding invitations commercial use. We also allow our artwork to be used on personal Christmas cards and party invitations at no additional charge.
Once completed, your artwork may be privileged to be one of the few that is selected for our online portfolio. If you would rather your completed order not be displayed on our site, please contact us before ordering for special buyout rights and pricing for the image.
